Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Senior Marine Operations Manager to lead international fleet operations, port agency clearances, chartering logistics, and maritime safety compliance across Sunrich Group’s global marine fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end vessel operations, port dispatch, and chartering compliance across global shipping routes.
• Maintain continuous coordination with port authorities, customs, agency networks, and vessel masters.
• Implement rigorous maritime safety, ISM/ISPS, and environmental compliance standards.
• Optimize fleet fuel consumption, voyage performance metrics, and operational cost efficiency.
• Manage vessel maintenance schedules, dry-docking operations, and class survey approvals.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial marine management, vessel operations, or port agency logistics.
• Strong knowledge of IMO regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM/ISPS codes, and international shipping protocols.
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication and crisis management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional foreign language proficiency is an added advantage.
